The Chiyoda CT-121 was successfully demonstrated at Plant Yates. The scrubber handled fuels that were significantly outside of it`s designed basis, while exhibiting exceptional SO{sub 2} and particulate removal efficiency. The Yates CT-121 design also demonstrated efficient resource utilization, and established itself as a formidable contender in the emerging technological area of air toxics control.
