Charm-studies in Experiment E687 at Fermilab

Results from analysis of data taken in 1987--88 are presented. These include branching ratios for decays of D{sup 0} and D{sub s}{sup +}, and decay fractions for the nonresonant channel and channels involving K{sup *+} and {rho}{sup 0} in the decay D{sup 0} {yields} K{sub s}{sup 0}{pi}{sup +}{pi}{sup {minus}}. An emphasis to look for the decay of P-wave D-mesons, D{sup **0} {yields} D{sup *+}{pi}{sup {minus}}, is described.
