Multiple test Lightning Arrestor Connector degradation experiments
Technical Report
·
OSTI ID:10145710
This report describes the tests and analysis used to determine that the voltages applied during acceptance tests do not degrade the functional capability of the Lightning Arrestor Connector (LAC). Multiple tests for Insulation Resistance, Fast Risetime Voltage Breakdown, Contact Resistance and Direct Current Voltage Breakdown were applied to seven LAC`s. Data from the tests was then analyzed and plotted.
