Handling/Access Restriction Markings in STI ProductsFor certain types of protected STI, there may be specific handling and access restriction markings. Protected CRADA InformationInformation produced in the performance of a CRADA that is marked as being Protected CRADA Information by a party to the agreement and that would have been proprietary information had it been obtained from a non-Federal entity. It may be protected for a period up to 5 years from the date it was produced, except as expressly provided for in the CRADA. Handling/Access Restriction Marking: SBIR/STTR Rights Notice (JAN 2015) These SBIR/STTR data are furnished with SBIR/STTR rights under Award No. ________ (and subaward ________, if appropriate). Unless the Government obtains permission from the Recipient otherwise, the Government will protect SBIR/STTR data from nongovernmental use and from disclosure outside the Government, except for purposes of review, for a period starting at the receipt of the SBIR/STTR data and ending after 4 years, unless extended in accordance with 48 CFR 27.409(h), from the delivery of the last technical deliverable under this award.
