The intent of the software is eventually to become a middleware library to provide a cross platform interface for creating and managing a ramdisk. Eventually it will cover many platforms (*nix, Windows, Mac), and have the library written in several languages. At this point, the library is a functional python library for managing a Mac ramdisk. Some code is also included in how to use the library. Initial intended uses for the library: * Provide a throw-away filesystem for unit testing filesystem related functionality. * Improve compile time when building software.
