The purpose of this guide is to assist DOE contractor personnel, who are responsible for establishing and maintaining their company's employee assistance programs (EAPs), to carry out their duties in identifying and helping employees' personal problems. This guide contains a brief overview, contractor information, an alphabetical listing of contractors, a listing of resources, professional organizations and periodicals, and an annotated bibliography of books, articles, and reports about various EAPs topics areas.
