The authors discuss the behavior of the magnetic field in the contracting protosolar nebula with a relatively small angular momentum. In the process of collapse, the growth of the magnetic field limits the dissipation processes-first ambipolar diffusion and then ohmic dissipation. The magnetic field, strengthened by differential rotation, is capable of redistributing angular momentum over a time less than the time of the evolution of the core. This leads to the formation of a differentially rotating disk from the outer equatorial layers of the core.
