Title: Lattice Determination of Heavy-Light Decay Constants

We report on the MILC Collaboration{close_quote}s calculation of f{sub B} , f{sub B{sub s}} , f{sub D} , f{sub D{sub s}} , and their ratios. Our central values come from the quenched approximation, but the quenching error is estimated from N{sub F}2 dynamical staggered lattices. We use Wilson light valence quarks and Wilson and static heavy quarks. We find, for example, f{sub B}=157{plus_minus}11{sup +25+23}{sub {minus}9{minus}0} MeV , f{sub B{sub s}}/f{sub B}=1.11{plus_minus}0.0 2{sup +0.04}{sub {minus}0.03}{plus_minus}0.03 , f{sub D{sub s}}=210{plus_minus}9{sup +25+17}{sub {minus} 9{minus}1} MeV , and f{sub B}/f{sub D{sub s}}=0.75{plus_minus}0.0 3{sup +0.04+0.08}{sub {minus}0.02{minus}0.00} , where the errors are statistical, systematic (within the quenched approximation), and systematic (of quenching), respectively. {copyright} {ital 1998} {ital The American Physical Society}
