XMT focuses on user flexibility and visual data. A user may add, delete, and modify data, visually within the graphical display of emergency response events. XMT offers flexibility through multiple presentaitons of the data. A user may manipulate the data through the tree and property grid presentations The software also offers the following: the ability to schedule all tasks necessary to execute an exersie through a calendar based scheduler, the ability to match the data with business rules by using the Exercise Verifier, set user preferences at an application level (for accessibility), open and work with web applications, enables multiple, geographically disparate users to work on single or multiple exercises, and allows for online and offline plan production.
