Materials Data on ZnPt by Materials Project
PtZn is Tetraauricupride structured and crystallizes in the tetragonal P4/mmm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Pt2- is bonded in a distorted body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Zn2+ atoms. All Pt–Zn bond lengths are 2.70 Å. Zn2+ is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to eight equivalent Pt2- atoms.
