Title: Cathodic NH 4 + leaching of nitrogen impurities in CoMo thin-film electrodes in aqueous acidic solutions

Abstract

Cathodic leaching of N impurities from a cobalt–molybdenum (CoMo) thin-film electrode prepared by magnetron sputtering in acidic aqueous solutions was confirmed by isotopically selective quantification of NH 4 + ions.
