Estimating air quality impacts and associated costs of achieving alternative national ambient air quality standards for particulate matter

This paper describes a nationwide analysis of the costs and air quality impacts of alternative NAAQS for particulate matter (PM). The analysis was undertaken in support of the required RIA.
