Vector and axial-vector charmoniumlike states

After constructing all the tetraquark interpolating currents with J{sup PC}=1{sup -+}, 1{sup --}, 1{sup ++} and 1{sup +-} in a systematic way, we investigate the two-point correlation functions to extract the masses of the charmoniumlike states with QCD sum rule. For the 1{sup --} qcqc charmoniumlike state, m{sub X}=4.6{approx}4.7 GeV, which implies a possible tetraquark interpretation for the state Y(4660). The masses for both the 1{sup ++} qcqc and scsc charmoniumlike states are around 4.0{approx}4.2 GeV, which are slightly above the mass of X(3872). For the 1{sup -+} and 1{sup +-} qcqc charmoniumlike states, the extracted masses are around 4.5{approx}4.7more »« less

Experimental test of one-pion exchange and partial conservation of axial-vector current in proton-nucleus charge-exchange reactions at 144 MeV

We have measured the differential cross sections of the (p,n) reaction on /sup 6/Li, /sup 12/C, and /sup 14/N to the ground state of the final nucleus (..delta..J=1, ..delta..I=1, ..delta..P=0) at E/sub p/=144 MeV and 0/sup 0/<20/sup 0/. We treat the nuclei as elementary particles, extract the initial-nucleus--pion--final-nucleus coupling constants, and compare them with predictions based on the partial conservation of axial-vector current hypothesis. The calculations, which have no free parameters, agree with the data for /sup 6/Li and /sup 12/C, but not for /sup 14/N.

Proton-nucleus charge exchange measurements at 144 MeV as a test of one-pion exchange and the partially conserved axial vector current
