Abstract
It makes easier the mechanization of a General Fill for a great Center as it allows the management, storage, maintenance and retrieval of all the circulating documents, involving any unit or section, to be considered officially or not. Shortly, it is a system which makes possible the inclusion, within the same Data Base, of references to official and unofficial documents of different classes, as well as document associated with them, under a number of registration correlative for each document and originated by the application.
