Title: Metabolite Profiles of D-124 and 52-225 Root Samples Under Flooding Stress

Abstract

This dataset contains the metabolic measurements of Populus genotypes selected for flooding treatment. Populus species in this study includes P. deltoides ‘D-124’ and a hybrid ’52-225’ between P. tricarpa and P. deltoides.
