Eddy Covariance Flux / Processed Data
Abstract
This dataset consists of estimates of mean and turbulent quantities from a vertical array of over a dozen instruments, which include sonic anemometers, relative humidity and temperature, pressure, rain, ocean temperature and salinity, ocean skin temperature, and surface wave spectra and bulk wave parameters. One of the levels consists of a paired sonic anemometer and infrared gas analyzer for direct covariance sensible and latent heat fluxes. Mean and turbulent quantities are determined over 20-minute averaging periods.
