Title: Search for supersymmetry in events with three leptons and missing transverse momentum in s = 7 TeV p p collisions with the ATLAS detector

Abstract

CERN-LHC. Study of final states with exactly 3 leptons (muons or electrons) and missing transverse momentum produced in proton proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV using a data sample of total integrated luminosity of 2.06 fb-1 collected between March and August 2011. In a search for weak production of charginos and neutralinos the data are interpreted in the phenomenological minimal supersymmetric SM (pMSSM) model and in simplified models. See the text of the paper for details. The basic event selection requires exactly three leptons (electrons or muons) containg a Same Flavour Opposite Sign (SFOS) lepton pair and missing transverse energy > 50 GeV. In addition signal region SR1 (Z-depleted) has a veto on Z candidates and a veto on B-jets, and signal region SR2 (Z-enriched) requires a Z candidate This record tabulated the 1D event variable histograms and a variety of other 2D data such as acceptance and efficiency and cross section limits. Also given is a link to the SLHA files from the analyses.
