Materials Data on CaTl2Pb by Materials Project
Abstract
CaTl2Pb crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two CaTl2Pb ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Ca is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Tl atoms. Both Ca–Tl bond lengths are 3.32 Å. Tl is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ca and one Pb atom. The Tl–Pb bond length is 2.92 Å. Pb is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Tl atoms.
