Title: Materials Data on Fe2CoIr by Materials Project

Abstract

Fe2IrCo crystallizes in the orthorhombic Immm space group. The structure is one-dimensional and consists of two Fe2IrCo ribbons oriented in the (1, 0, 0) direction. Fe is bonded in a linear geometry to one Ir and one Co atom. The Fe–Ir bond length is 2.27 Å. The Fe–Co bond length is 2.22 Å. Ir is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Fe atoms. Co is bonded in a linear geometry to two equivalent Fe atoms.
