Title: AmeriFlux US-xBA NEON Barrow Environmental Observatory (BARR)

Abstract

This is the AmeriFlux version of the carbon flux data for the site US-xBA NEON Barrow Environmental Observatory (BARR). Site Description - Located three hundred miles north of the Arctic Circle, the Barrow field site landscape is representative of the polygon tundra and lake systems across the northern extent of the North Slope of Alaska. Barrow spans 50 square kilometers and includes a 26’ tall meteorological flux tower and nearby soil sensors. NEON scientists also collect field observations throughout the field site.
