Measurements began in September 2012 and are generally made throughout the snow-free growing season starting from April (pre-thawing) until November (freeze-up) when the instrumentation is taken down for maintenance and instrument calibration. CO2, CH4 and energy fluxes using the Eddy Covariance (EC) technique (Baldocchi 2003) and meteorological measurements are reported as 30-minute averages. The tower site is registered with AmeriFlux as US-NGB.
