Title: Materials Data on USnPd by Materials Project

Abstract

UPdSn crystallizes in the trigonal P-3m1 space group. The structure is three-dimensional. U is bonded in a 7-coordinate geometry to two equivalent U, six equivalent Pd, and six equivalent Sn atoms. There are one shorter (2.64 Å) and one longer (2.92 Å) U–U bond lengths. All U–Pd bond lengths are 3.23 Å. There are three shorter (3.28 Å) and three longer (3.30 Å) U–Sn bond lengths. Pd is bonded in a 11-coordinate geometry to six equivalent U, three equivalent Pd, and two equivalent Sn atoms. All Pd–Pd bond lengths are 2.95 Å. There are one shorter (2.77 Å) and one longer (2.78 Å) Pd–Sn bond lengths. Sn is bonded in a 2-coordinate geometry to six equivalent U, two equivalent Pd, and three equivalent Sn atoms. All Sn–Sn bond lengths are 2.95 Å.
