Leaf spectra by leaf age, Feb2017, PA-SLZ: Panama
Abstract
Leaf spectra of sunlit canopy leaves of APEIME, GUATDU, MICOBO, TERMAM, VIROSP and VOCHFE species from PA-SLZ, February 2017. Leaf spectra measured on young, mature and old leaves collected before dawn and around midday on 5 days. Leaf data includes temperature (pre- and post-spectral measurement) and leaf size (length, width). This data was collected as part of the 2017 BNL–STRI leaf traits by age campaign. See related datasets for further sample details, leaf water potential, sap flow, LMA, gas exchange and leaf chemistry.
