Title: Materials Data on Li3Tc by Materials Project

Abstract

Li3Tc crystallizes in the tetragonal I4/mmm space group. The structure is three-dimensional. there are two inequivalent Li1+ sites. In the first Li1+ site, Li1+ is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Tc3- atoms. All Li–Tc bond lengths are 2.80 Å. In the second Li1+ site, Li1+ is bonded in a square co-planar geometry to four equivalent Tc3- atoms. All Li–Tc bond lengths are 2.65 Å. Tc3- is bonded to twelve Li1+ atoms to form a mixture of edge, face, and corner-sharing TcLi12 cuboctahedra.
