Title: Materials Data on CeSiHRu by Materials Project

Abstract

CeHRuSi is lead oxide-derived structured and crystallizes in the tetragonal P4/nmm space group. The structure is two-dimensional and consists of one CeH sheet oriented in the (0, 0, 1) direction and one RuSi sheet oriented in the (0, 0, 1) direction. In the CeH sheet, Ce3+ is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to four equivalent H1- atoms. All Ce–H bond lengths are 2.42 Å. H1- is bonded to four equivalent Ce3+ atoms to form a mixture of edge and corner-sharing HCe4 tetrahedra. In the RuSi sheet, Ru2+ is bonded to four equivalent Si4- atoms to form a mixture of edge and corner-sharing RuSi4 tetrahedra. All Ru–Si bond lengths are 2.40 Å. Si4- is bonded in a 4-coordinate geometry to four equivalent Ru2+ atoms.
