Title: Materials Data on HfAsRh by Materials Project

Abstract

HfRhAs is half-Heusler structured and crystallizes in the cubic F-43m space group. The structure is three-dimensional. Hf is bonded in a body-centered cubic geometry to four equivalent Rh and four equivalent As atoms. All Hf–Rh bond lengths are 2.70 Å. All Hf–As bond lengths are 2.70 Å. Rh is bonded to four equivalent Hf atoms to form RhHf4 tetrahedra that share corners with four equivalent AsHf4 tetrahedra, corners with twelve equivalent RhHf4 tetrahedra, and edges with six equivalent AsHf4 tetrahedra. As is bonded to four equivalent Hf atoms to form AsHf4 tetrahedra that share corners with four equivalent RhHf4 tetrahedra, corners with twelve equivalent AsHf4 tetrahedra, and edges with six equivalent RhHf4 tetrahedra.
