Credibility Framework provides tools such as PIRT (Phenomena Identification and Ranking Table) and PCMM (Predictive Capability Maturity Model) configurable by non-programmers through simple Excel spreadsheets for tailoring the credibility process to meet the needs of the analysis provider organizations, customers and regulatory agencies.
