The purpose of this tool is to assist harbor traffic controllers in routing vessel traffic into appropriate ports and piers in an emergency in the Hawaiian Islands. The user inputs information about a vessel coming to port, and the tool returns a list of appropriate options for the vessel to berth within the Hawaiian Islands. Additionally, the application can be used to store cargo data for tracking what locations can be used to lay down cargo in an emergency situation.
