Offshore Europe 95: Securing the future: 12th Aberdeen-based conference & exhibition to examine future of European oil & gas industry
Offshore Europe 95 - which will be held September 5-8, 1995, in Aberdeen, Scotland - was designed to generate interest across the oil and gas industry and to be relevant to everyone from CEOs to trainee engineers. While the European offshore oil and gas industry has had some remarkable success in reducing its costs, it faces difficult and growing challenges, and Offshore Eurpoe is the perfect opportunity for companies to learn from each other how to successfully face these hurdles. Sessions will be held on every aspect of the oil and gas industry and are organized under eight technical categories: drilling; exploration; management and economics; development and abandonment; well intervention; health, safety, and environment; production; and reservoir management. Much greater operating effectiveness and striking technological advances have enabled us to maintain reserves, prolong the lives of mature producing fields, and continue the pace of new development.
