Global WINDPOWER 2004 Conference Proceedings
Over 350 papers and presentations provided at the conference give the latest and most up-to-date information on wind energy. Over 40 organizations worldwide helped sponsor the event, with the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA) and the European Wind Energy Association leading the way. The sessions were arranged in policy, technical, and business tracks, plus panel discussions.
