Measurement of the Q{sup 2}-evolution of the Bjorken integral and extraction of an effective strong coupling constant at low Q{sup 2}

We report on the measurement of the Bjorken sum in the range 0.16 < Q{sup 2} < 1.1 GeV{sup 2}. The extraction of an effective strong coupling constant is then discussed.
