Search for the Decay B{sup 0} --> K*{sup +}{rho}{sup -}

The authors present the preliminary result of a search for the decay of B{sup 0} --> K*{sup +}{rho}{sup -}. The data were recorded with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II collider and correspond to 123 million B{bar B} pairs produced in the e{sup +}e{sup -} annihilation through the {Upsilon}(4S) resonance. They obtain an upper limit on the branching fraction of this decay of B(B{sup 0} --> K*{sup +}{rho}{sup -}) < 24 x 10{sup -6} (90% C.L.). All results are preliminary.
