What is computational intelligence?

Conference ·
OSTI ID:81587

This not is about neural-like computational networks, numerical pattern recognition and intelligence. Its purpose is to record my ideas about the notions of computational, artificial and biological intelligence, and the semantics we use to describe them. Perhaps a dialog about the term {open_quotes}intelligent systems{close_quotes} will guide us towards rational expectations about models that try to mimic this aspect of human behavior.
