Measurement of Branching Fractions for B{sup 0} {yields} K*{sub 2}(1430){sup 0}{gamma} and B{sup +} {yields} K*{sub 2}(1430){sup +}{gamma} branching fractions

We have investigated the exclusive, radiative B-meson decay to the charmless meson K*{sub 2}(1430) in 88.5 x 10{sup 6} B{bar B} events accumulated between 1999 and 2002 with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II storage ring. We present a preliminary measurement of the branching fractions {Beta}(B{sup 0} {yields} K*{sub 2}(1430){sup 0}{gamma}) = (1.22 {+-} 0.25 {+-} 0.11) x 10{sup -5} and {Beta}(B{sup +} {yields} K*{sub 2}(1430){sup +}{gamma}) = (1.44 {+-} 0.40 {+-} 0.13)x 10{sup -5}, where the first error is statistical and the second systematic.
