Design criteria for the Chloride wash process

This document describes the design criteria for the chloride wash process that will be implemented in gloveboxes HC-230C-3 and HC-230C-4 in the Room 230C of the 234-5 Building at the Plutonium Finishing Plant (PFP). It also describes the design criteria for modifications to the thermal stabilization furnaces in gloveboxes HC-21A and HA-21I to allow stabilizing the high chloride items after washing.
