Accelerated Tank Closure Demonstration Alternatives Generation & Analysis Report [Sec 1 & 2]
The purpose of this Alternatives Generation and Analysis report is to evaluate the regulatory and technical alternatives to downselect retrieval and closure technologies to support engineering design associated with the five tanks selected for the Accelerated Tank Closure Demonstration (ATCD) project. The initial demonstrations are for the purpose of developing closure processes and demonstrating initial Single-Shell Tank waste retrieval and closure actions.
