The Hazard Assessment establishes the technical basis for the Emergency Action Levels (EALs) and the Emergency Planning Zone (EPZ). This document represents the facility-specific hazards assessment for the Hanford Site Solid Waste Storage and Disposal (SWSD) organization as interpreted from DOE guidance (DOE 1992).
