Nuclear data sheets for A=171

Experimental data pertaining to all nuclei with mass number A=171 have been evaluated. Level schemes from both radioactive decay and reaction studies are presented, along with associated tables of experimental data and adopted properties for levels and γ rays. This evaluation for A=171, which considers data received by 5 August 2002, supercedes the 1992 evaluation (with a literature cutoff date of June 1991) by V. Shirley, published in Nuclear Data Sheets66, 69 (1992) and the subsequent evaluations of Os, Ir, Pt and Au by C. Baglin (literature cutoff date of December 1998).
