The purpose of this CRADA was to establish a framework for LLNL and Lawrence Semiconductor Research Laboratory (LSRL) to cooperatively develop a newly discovered promising new silicon thermistor technology that could make it feasible to field a microcalorimeter as a high resolution broad band x-ray diagnostic for a neutronrich tokamak plasma.
