This paper will discuss the development and design of the TRU-Waste Repackaging Module, the application of bagless transfer utilizing infrared welding technology to repackage waste, and development of a large diameter sphincter seal to prevent the spread of contamination once the waste is removed from the HANDSS-55 system.
