We assume that a state out of a representation space of an irreducible representation of SO(4,2), in particular the E/sup +/(massless) and D/sup +/(massive) series of representation, fully describes a particle. Then, considering conformal invariant scattering amplitudes, we set up a crossed-channel expansion of the t matrix for elastic two-body scattering, by calculating the Clebsch--Gordan coefficients involved. The essential point is the reduction of the direct products E/sup +/ x E/sup -/ and D/sup +/ x E/sup -/. (AIP)
