A geothermal deep well exploration planned within Klamath Falls KGRA is discussed. The potential drilling depth of 8000 ft aimed at finding a hot-water geothermal reservoir will be the deepest attempted in Klamath County. Possible uses of the local potential lie in lumber processing, freeze drying and refrigeration. (LBS)
