A study was made of /sup 162/Dy in order to provide new data and to determine the excitation probabilities for levels up to 2 MeV in (n,n'..gamma..) reactions. The energies, intensities, spins, and parities are found. Also discussed are the excitation probabilities and level density. (JFP)
