SCF calculations for hydrogen in a spherical box

SCF calculations for a hydrogen atom in a spherical box have been performed. The basis functions are products of STO's and cutoff functions. The variations of the energy and the hyperfine splitting as functions of r/sub 0/, the sphere radius, have been studied. (AIP)
