The differential cross section for the reaction /sup 3/He(p,..pi..)/sup 4/He has been calculated in a distorted wave impulse approximation model. Results are presented for incident proton lab energies of 415 and 716 MeV and center-of-mass pion angles of 0/sup 0/ to 100/sup 0/.
