Fuel coolant thermal interaction project. Quarterly progress report No. 6. [LMFBR]
A brief summary is presented of studies to assess the validity of the spontaneous nucleation mechanism in modeling molten tin-water fragmentation experiments. It is concluded that the necessary criteria for an energetic fuel-coolant interaction according to the spontaneous nucleation model are consistent with existing tin-water data. (DG)
