Gas supplies of interstate natural gas pipeline companies, 1975
This report on the gas supplies of interstate natural gas pipeline companies for calendar year 1975 is the twelfth report on the gas supplies of these companies since the inception of individual company reports to the Federal Power Commission in 1963. This report provides a statistical summary of the year-end 1975 total reserves and deliverability of the interstate pipeline companies filed by 91 pipeline companies required to report on their gas supplies for 1975. The data on dedicated in-the-ground gas reserves (company owned and/or purchased from independent producers) are from reports filed by 60 of these companies. The remaining 31 companies purchase all their gas supply from other pipeline companies. The gas supplies of interstate pipeline companies consist of the certificated, dedicated, recoverable, salable natural gas available from domestic in-the-ground reserves, gas purchase contracts with other interstate pipeline companies, foreign suppliers, and substitute natural gas (SNG) suppliers.
