Early in 1975 it is expected that the first fully operational test of a hydrogen filled track sensitive target surrounded by a neon-hydrogen mixture will take place in the 12 foot bubble chamber at the Argonne National Laboratory. A summary is presented of previous reports based on experience gained during tests and test operation at the Argonne and Rutherford Laboratories respectively, and is intended to provide some basic guidelines for the above test.
