Nanosecond source for pumping semiconductor lasers

A device is described for pumping semiconductor lasers with pulses having a length of 1 nsec and amplitude approximately 2 A at a repetition frequency of up to 5 MHz. The schematic and construction blueprint of the output stage are given.
