Industrial Hygiene sampling and analytical monitoring methods validated under the joint NIOSH/OSHA Standards Completion Program for Set M are contained herein. Monitoring methods for the following compounds are included: copper(mists and dusts), molybdenum(soluble compounds), phthalic anhydride, rhodium(metal fume and dust), selenium compounds(as Se), zirconium compounds, 2-hexanone, phosphoric acid, platinum(soluble salts as Pt), rhodium(soluble salts), and tellurium hexafluoride.
